Description
A long grain rice which clings together when cooked and becomes soft and moist. It is popular in Asian cuisine, and mostly grown in Asia.
A lightweight and aromatic medium-grain rice which is the result of a cross combination of the rice varieties Sona and Mahsuri. It is grown largely in the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.
It is cooked faster compared to Raw Rice. These rice varieties are the most commonly used one to prepare plain white rice
